The Young Reporters for the Environment (YRE) programme invites young people between the ages of 11 and 25 to report on environmental issues such as climate change, biodiversity and pollution for the chance to win £100!

- Long Form Video
- Short Form Video
- Podcast
National winners in each category will go on to represent their country in the International Young Reporters for the Environment competition.

To participate in the YRE National Competition, follow the steps outlined in our Guidance Notes document below.
The 1st place winner of each category in Northern Ireland is recognised at their local Green Flag Awards Ceremony and their work is published and submitted to the YRE International Competition.
